• Negotiated hundreds of successful contracts addressing high risk issues. Our approach emphasizes principled (also known as "mutual gain") negotiations, in which good relationships among contracting parties are maintained.
• Provided risk management and claims resolution services as captive insurance claims manager on program insured by Lloyds underwriters. The 10 year program reduced prior claims costs by 90%.
• Introduced design consultant to arbitrator immunity and implemented into risk management program. Successfully negotiated immunity and indemnity provisions in multi-year contract of several million dollars. Subsequent claims in excess of $5 million were denied and all defense costs were recoverable under contract.
